A Warsaw woman was seriously injured and three others had minor to moderate injuries in a one-car accident in Benton County, the Missouri Highway Patrol recently reported. Michelle R. Bench was a passenger when the car she was in ran off the right side of the road, struck a sign, struck an embankment and overturned before coming to rest on its wheels.It occurred on U.S. 65, south of North Lincoln Road. The vehicle was going south. The patrol report said investigation was continuing and charges were pending.
