Lawyer in Barry County for Car Accident Injuries ~ Missouri Accident & Injury Law
Three young men are in serious condition after a one-vehicle accident in Barry County, Missouri.
This type of single car accident will undoubtedly have multiple insurance claims issues. The injured victims will likely be in a situation where there are not enough insurance proceeds to go around to fully compensate everyone. That is why it is imperative that those seeking insurance compensation hire an attorney in order to maximize their financial recovery.
The 21 year-old driver, Brandon B. Packwood of Verona was operating a 2006 Pontiac on Barry County Highway Y just north of Cassville when the car ran off the road and overturned, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Packwood and the vehicle's passengers, Steven S. Armstrong, 19, and Jonathan J. Sutton, 20, were taken to area hospitals with serious injuries, the report of the Highway Patrol stated.
Passenger Joshua B. Snider, 16, of Aurora suffered minor injuries.
Often but not always, there will be several different insurance policies which apply to a situation such as described above. Uninsured insurance coverage, underinsured insurance coverage, medical payments coverage and umbrella policies frequently exist and can be found and revealed by an experienced automobile insurance claims attorney.
Of course, if the insurance company fails to offer a satisfactorily settlement, a lawsuit aimed at holding the insurance company fully accountable for your losses will need to be filed.
